Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pebver! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We start preparing your order as soon as it’s placed.
Processing and fulfillment times depend on the product type:

  • Clothing (tees, hoodies, zip hoodies):
    1–3 business days

  • Phone cases (made-to-order production):
    3–7 business days
    Each case is individually produced once you order it.
    This ensures sharper print quality and reduces unnecessary waste — but may slightly extend fulfillment time.

Good things take a little time — we prefer quality over rushed production.

Shipping Time

After fulfillment, your order is shipped. Delivery estimates:

  • EU: 5–15 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please Note: Shipping times may be extended due to customs delays, holiday traffic, or unforeseen courier issues.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to logistical challenges and restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ukraine
  • Israel

Additionally, shipping to Ukraine may experience significant delays or temporary suspension due to the current situation. We are closely monitoring the situation and will notify you of any changes regarding deliveries to Ukraine.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary based on the destination country.
  • Free shipping for orders over 70€.

Tracking Your Order

  • All shipments are fully tracked from our warehouse to your door.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to many countries. However, there may be restrictions for certain regions. Please refer to the list of countries where shipping is unavailable above.

Missing or Delayed Shipments
