We want you to love your items, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@pebver.com before sending any items back.
You’ll need to provide photos of the item to verify its condition, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition (no signs of wear or damage).

  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom phone cases)

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the item is defective or damaged, Pebver covers return shipping.

Please contact info@pebver.com to get the correct return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over €50.
Pebver cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos of the damage or defect to info@pebver.com — we’ll provide a free return label and either send a replacement or issue a refund once the item is received.

Processing Time

After we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and refund processing.
